Sublimation is the recommended method for any lanyard with a complex logo, multiple colours or photographic imagery.

Screen-printed lanyards are a highly cost-effective option for straightforward 1–4 colour designs. Ink is pressed through a mesh screen directly onto the fabric, producing sharp, clean results for solid logo marks and text. Screen printing is the preferred choice for very high volume orders where colour count is low and per-unit cost is the priority.

ID card lanyards are typically 15 mm or 20 mm wide polyester straps with your logo repeated at regular intervals along the length. They are supplied with your choice of attachment — most commonly a swivel hook for ID card holders or a bulldog clip for paper badge pouches. They are the standard choice for schools, hospitals, government offices and corporate environments.

Artwork & File Requirements

Supply artwork as a vector file (AI or EPS) or high-resolution PDF in CMYK colour mode at 300 DPI. For sublimation, provide artwork at the exact repeat width and length of the lanyard strap.
